Overview
From customer relationship to daily workspace operations
RewaqHub connects the records and workflows that workspace teams handle every day: customers, companies, memberships, contracts, resources, bookings, invoices, collections, visitors, requests, and reporting.
Operators work from one connected administrative experience while eligible customers use a separate self-service portal. Together, both experiences keep entitlement, availability, billing, front-desk activity, and service delivery aligned instead of scattered across spreadsheets, calendars, chats, and disconnected tools.
The problem
The Problem
Customers sit in spreadsheets, bookings live in calendars, invoices live elsewhere, visitor details stay at the front desk, and service requests disappear into chats.
RewaqHub connects those records and workflows so teams spend less time reconciling disconnected tools.
Who it serves
Who it is for
Coworking spaces, business centers, and flexible workspace operators, with additional fit for incubators, training centers, and other professionally managed spaces.
How it works
Two experiences, one connected operation
Workspace teams use the operations experience to manage customers, companies, memberships, contracts, resources, bookings, billing, visitors, requests, and reporting.
Eligible customers use a separate portal to view membership and contract information, browse eligible resources, manage bookings, review invoices and payment history, register visitors, and submit or follow requests.
Both experiences share one connected operational lifecycle, from the customer relationship and entitlement through daily use, billing, front-desk activity, service delivery, and reporting.

Deployment & integrations
Multi-location growth and integrations
RewaqHub supports a single workspace today and a branch-aware structure for additional locations, location-specific resources and teams, and shared organizational visibility as operators grow.
It connects workspace operations with supported payment providers, accounting platforms, messaging channels including selected WhatsApp notifications, and compatible physical-access systems while those specialist systems retain their own responsibilities.
Security
Security within workspace operations
Authentication, role-based authorization, workspace isolation, controlled customer access, and operational auditability are treated as core product requirements.
Operator and customer boundaries determine which information and workflows each person can access. These are product behavior statements, not claims of third-party certification.
Status
Early Access and launch
RewaqHub is in Early Access, and a first functional release is available to selected workspace operators.
The first full product release is planned for October 2026. Early Access continues to validate the platform against real workspace operations without changing its focus or replacing specialist accounting, payment, or access-control systems.
