HirzHub

Secure sovereign enterprise communication under organizational control

Early Access Planned · Nov–Dec 2026

Domain Enterprise Software / Cybersecurity & Digital Trust

Overview

Communication infrastructure the organization can govern

HirzHub is more than a chat interface. It brings messaging, calls, meetings, files, identity, policies, administration, APIs, and security controls into one governed enterprise environment.

The platform is designed for organizations that need to decide where communication runs, how identities and devices connect, which policies apply, and how operational evidence is retained. The same product model supports on-premise, dedicated sovereign, and managed deployment.

The problem

The Problem

Communication platforms have become critical infrastructure, yet many organizations still depend on services where infrastructure, identity, data location, security policy, and operational decisions remain under an external provider’s control.

HirzHub brings the communication experience and organizational control model together in one platform.

Who it serves

Who it is for

Government and public-sector organizations that need communication aligned with internal infrastructure, identity, and governance requirements.

Regulated industries, large enterprises, and security-sensitive environments that need private deployment, strict access and device policies, auditable administration, and control over communication data.

How it works

One governed workspace across the organization

HirzHub is designed to give office workstations, managed mobile devices, and remote teams one consistent workspace for messaging, calls, meetings, files, and collaboration.

Organizations, departments, policies, roles, devices, sessions, and audit are product-level concepts. Messaging, identity, and real-time communication engines remain separated from the HirzHub business domain so foundational infrastructure can evolve without redefining the product.

Deployment & integrations

Deployment without product fragmentation

Run HirzHub on-premise, in a dedicated sovereign environment, or as a managed service while keeping one consistent platform model.

Its deployment architecture supports virtual machines or Kubernetes, customer-owned infrastructure and databases, private networks, controlled release bundles, and environments without continuous access to HirzHub Cloud.

Customer-owned deployments are designed to continue operating without a runtime dependency on HirzHub Cloud, with controlled releases and supported upgrades rather than customer-specific rebuilds.

Security

Security by design

HirzHub supports explicit security profiles rather than treating every conversation alike. Managed Communication supports organizational retention and server-side workflows, while Strict End-to-End Encryption keeps content readable only by authorized endpoints and naturally limits some server-side search and compliance capabilities.

These are product controls, not claims of third-party certification.

Status

Product status and early access

HirzHub is in active development, with Early Access planned for November–December 2026.

Organizations can request a demo or deployment assessment now to discuss infrastructure, identity, networking, security controls, data-location requirements, mobile requirements, and the target operating model.
